We all know.
the importance of fruit and veggies in are body so in order
for us to have a healthy life style we should consider eating fruits and
veggies and avoid junk foods. There are now different types of diseases that
are present everywhere and can easily catch by our bodies. That’s why, every year the TLE club celebrate the
nutrition month during the month of July. To encourage students to eat
nutritious foods and to know the important of having a healthy lifestyle.
Proper nutrition and its maintenance
had been one of the most intriguing focuses in the world today.
people nowadays are attacked by illnesses and diseases, most of which
leading to the extinction of life, the abolition of existence in the world. We should
protect ourselves from getting diseases by simply starting a healthier way of
living. We should also eat nutritious food like vegetables and fruits. We should
learn to control and choose foods we intake for our own sake. Make sure to eat clean foods which mean those
veggies and fruits that are fresh and organic.
Proper nutrition is what we need for us to have a good
and healthy lifestyle. And creating a healthy diet plan is useless without
sticking to it. The hardest part about being a healthy person is sticking to
what is planned. We are good in making an ideal plan but it’s hard to
stick to it making it as a habit. The key to a healthy lifestyle is a healthy
mindset and clear achievable goals. This will serve as your motivation
for your daily life. God is Good, All the Time.
