          President Rodrigo Duterte delivered his 3rd state of the nation address (SONA) last July 23, where he told Congress he wants the second package of tax reforms passed before the end of the year. The SONA of is all about his plans and accomplishments of his program of government both for a particular year and until the end of their term of office.

          The SONA, which is often broadcast, serves as a means to inform the nation about its present economic, political, and social condition. He first mentioned his campaign about war against drug, He said that it will be "relentless" and "as chilling as the day it began." Slams human rights groups for criticizing the anti-drug campaign.

          The SONA of our president is very important. It happens only every year. So we should embrace the words of the person who is leading us to a great future. Especially when the leader is great, his words are absolute. Listening to his SONA is a sign of respect.

July 9, 2018 PRESIDENT RODRIGO DUTERTE Malacanang Palace Compound J.P Laurel Street, San Miguel Philippines Dear Mr. President A blessed day to you. My name is Christopher Alejo. I am student at Ilocos Sur National High School. And I am writing you today to share my thoughts about drug-related war. I became interested in this issue because of the drug related war. The cases of crimes in our country has lessen. Before, many women were raped by drug addicts, but now it was lessen. The “drug-related war” refers to the drug policy of the Philippine government under President Rodrigo Duterte. Drug related war is important because crimes has lessen and it helps create a place that is drug free.
