Children's month celebration

          National Children’s Month is observed every November by virtue of Republic Act No. 10661 signed on May 29, 2015 by then President Benigno Aquino III. The declaration commemorates the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child by the United Nations General Assembly on Nov. 20, 1989.                This year’s theme is “Isulong: Tamang Pag-aaruga para sa lahat ng bata,” it is fitting that this parents-children dialogue is organized, in which positive parenting and discipline towards children was the significant focus. Children are liked by everyone and without children life become very boring and upset.
          They are blessed by the God and conquer our hearts with their beautiful eyes, innocent activities and smiles. Children’s Day is celebrated every year to pay tribute to all the children all over the world.                We Filipinos celebrate the Philippine independence day, because that is time we became free. Being a truly free country means a lot. The Spaniards attacked us years ago. Their military forces abused us. Thinking of themselves powerful. That they can do anything to us, and it went on and on. They continued abusing us because no one is brave enough to face the militaries.        Americans military volunteer to join forces with ours. July 9, 2018 PRESIDENT RODRIGO DUTERTE Malacanang Palace Compound J.P Laurel Street, San Miguel Philippines Dear Mr. President A blessed day to you. My name is Christopher Alejo. I am student at Ilocos Sur National High School. And I am writing you today to share my thoughts about drug-related war. I became interested in this issue because of the drug related war. The cases of crimes in our country has lessen. Before, many women were raped by drug addicts, but now it was lessen. The “drug-related war” refers to the drug policy of the Philippine government under President Rodrigo Duterte. Drug related war is important because crimes has lessen and it helps create a place that is drug free.
